Leasing Artwork From Our Studio 

Leasing our art is a nifty alternative to purchasing artwork outright.

Our leasing program is a convenient and flexible way for you to enjoy our original artworks in your home and office. Leasing is also available for home staging. The leasing agreement is made directly between you and Bifidus Jones Studio. No outside leasing company is involved.

Leasing cost: Monthly payments for the leasing are 4% of the price of the leased artwork. There is no limit to the number of pieces leased as long as a security deposit is provided.

Security Deposit: a fee equal to two months’ payment per artwork is required before gaining possession of artwork, which is fully refundable if no damage to the artwork has occurred while in your possession.

Term: Minimum term is three months, to be paid upfront. Term to renew automatically by three-month increments unless a written notice is provided by either Bifidus Jones Studio or by you 30 days before the renewal date. Payments are nonrefundable. There is no limit to the time that you lease the artwork. However, only the first-year lease payments will be applied as a credit if you choose to exercise the right toward a buyout, as outlined below.

Buyout: You may purchase the leased artwork at any time. All leasing charges paid (excluding installation charges) during the first year will be credited toward the buyout price.

Insurance: Proof of property insurance required. Your home or business must meet building code standards. Restrictions may apply.

Installation cost: The artwork must be installed by our studio installation team. The installation team includes two installers. The base, onsite installation charge is $100/hour. A minimum of $100 will be charged.

These fees are for installation within a 50-mile radius of our Minneapolis studio. Outside the metro area installations are available at the same rate plus travel time for installers.

Deinstallation: We ask that you do not uninstall or move the artwork as damages may occur in the process – any such damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Bifidus Jones will uninstall and remove artwork from your location at no charge.
